I'm using a Nintendo DS carry case (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...021865-8490225)
to carry around my 770, a freedom bluetooth keyboard, the stand, one of those emergency chargers, and a CA-44 all in one handy case.

The 770 fits perfectly in the DS place, the elastic is plently strong enough to hold it strongly. Every thing else fits in the top lip. Shame it's got "Nintendo DS" embroidered onto the top!

I was happy to find that an Otterbox 2000 case that I had around is a perfect fit for the 770. This thing is bombproof: hard plastic lined with closed cell foam and has an o-ring to keep out H20. A few index cards or a screen cleaning cloth can be carried around to make the 770 as thick as the interior and the other two dimensions are right on the money (with the silver Nokia screen protector). $18. My 770 now bounces around in my messenger bag and motorcycle saddlebags. No worries, mate.

I guess some kind of protection would be nice. A few days ago I had my 770 in my jacket pocket, when I got in the car and sat down it sort of slipped out of my pocket and onto the concrete ground. Luckily it just had a small scratch on the case...a shiny scratch. I think I saw that otter box at Fry's for the same price, but a clear one. I think I'll go get it.

I use the Sony PSP case that comes in the box with the PSP. It's very nicely padded and will do the job until Vaja or someone comes out with something...what I am really waiting for is a silicone skin like I use on my iPod and Treo 650, I really prefer the non-slip protection...

The Otterbox 2000 is a near perfect fit for the Nokia 770. I found my at Ballard Camera in Seattle for $16US.

Here's some fuzzy pix of mine:

Like the first poster, I use a case that is intended for the (original) Nintendo DS.

The case has two compartments; the main one, on the front can hold the original DS, PSP or 770 (within its shell). I use the zippered section on the back to hold the DS Lite and two DS games.

That OtterBox 2000 looks pretty neat! I might have to pick one up.

i'm using the small DS case (white, nintendo DS emblem on the front, nothing else) nintendo gave away with their press kit after their Wii presentation in May. fits perfectly, and the back zippered section holds my CA-44 plug and occasionally a spare battery for my camera.

I'm using this case:

http://www.caselogic.com/koskin_ston...?modelid=44299

It has a plastic PDA holder riveted inside, but I ripped the plastic and rivets out. Holds the 770 perfectly w/ cover on. It's great for when I am afraid I might drop it.

Case logic sells another case, http://www.caselogic.com/koskin_pda_...?modelid=57047, that holds the contents in with an elastic strap. The 770 sorta fits this one, but an edge is left exposed.. so if you were to drop it on pavement, there is a good chance of ending up with some damage. I opted against it, and decided to modify the other one and I'm happy.

Also, the case that came with my Stowaway keyboard fits the 770 nicely, but I don't have any extras of those... heh.

Hi!,

Would like to know if anyone's using these tucano second skin bags...

http://www.tucano.it/ita/wcProductCa...ode=BPT-SS-U-G

I think they're a bit small (13x8.5x2cm) for carrying the 770 w/shell (wich is a bit more of 14 cm long).

is there anyone with a close alternative to these tucanos?

Thanks.
