Hi Everyone,

Please be nice with me because what I'm going to ask may have been asked several times before but I couldn't get it fixed so asking again in this particular thread.

I've installed latest Android port that is N12_UMay but I am facing a couple of problems. Please help me out in here.

1) I can't find Android Market app.
2) I can't find any music in music app even though I have lots of tracks on both internal and external memories.
3) I am not able to send sms, even though it states that the sms sending/receiving is fixed in this port but I am not able to send any sms. I can receive sms but just can't asnwer them. I have tried by using international codes as well.

I don't bother for call option as I hardly use my N900 for calls. I've N1280 for that purpose. Please help me what I have done wrong I don't know.

For problem 2, just move your tracks from .sounds to directory to any other, it should work..

I've installed it manually using the guide available in this website.

My tracks are already in a separate folder named "Music".

DevTools -> Media Scanner.
You should get message "Media Scanner finished scanning /mnt/sdcard." after some time.
That's all.

First of all, thank you very much e-yes for the efforts you are putting into this port, your work is extremely applausable.

I have done the same and the message came same as you have stated but even then I am not getting any sound track in music player. Do I need to reinstall NITDroid? I've installed it on N900's internal 32GB memory.

Please let me know if reinstalling via proper method will solve this problem, I am willing to do experiments with my device.
