I've successfully installed it, but why not like in the youtube link I gave!?
With a white background is not seen the video! Is there anything I should add? Please help me, thx again and sorry I had trouble all of you

Download windows dreamscene from the repos

If its not there follow the step by step, line by line details already given in this thread 3 times...

So is this a Mplayer bug/feature ONLY? If it is a video driver bug shouldn't work with any and all media players? It is a cool effect! One which I would ony use to show off my device becuase it would probably kill the battery pretty fast. I use the Mplayer widget will it work with that?
and yes can someone merge the other topic about this effect.

I am looking for Windows DreamScene in the App Manager does not find it!? Where can I get it?

Hi I installed this effect yesterday but today I noticed that when you change the theme other than nokia nseries contacts,setting and conversations the effect not working.Just as the desktop background.Do you have any observations

Did all of this, and I get "parse error at line 1" when I type mplayer file.avi

@amadeukaos: Have you double/triple checked that what you have in ~/.mplayer/config is exactly the same as what's given above? And if you used a "Windows-based" editor make sure it saves files using "unix" line endings.
