I just installed the latest version of android to my N900 but it seems that the camera is not running. Is it normal?cause everytime i try to take picture, the android logo came out. What is wrong?

The latest version (a few months old) does not have the camera functioning. The android logo appears for debugging purposes (I assume). The next release is coming soon (which i think has camera support, not sure), I'd suggest to stay up-to-date with the Nitdroid thread.
