I have been facing this strange issue for quite some time and found some problems closely realted to this in past posts but not exactly as this one.
My N900 works fine as long as the display light is lit..but as soon as the display light times out (after 10sec as configured)the phone becomes not reachable and cannot be used anymore..I have to reseat the battery to start it again.
I have tried flashing the EMMC and the latest PR software but no help...
I also purchased another battery jst to make sure if its not a battery issue..
but all efforts in vain..
Do you guys have any suggestion..
Also is their a N900 system monitor that i can run continously to check what is the reason for this absurd behaviour on my phone to help me diagnose with the issue.
Any help or suggestion will be highly appreciated...
thanks
