edit: got the same thing, cant create directory, permission denied.
Edit, got it working, I didn't use the apps for meego thing, just the terminal just as I posted on the last page, working great

Yeah I added that, what I used was (from Faster Darker folder) "cp -R meegotouch/ /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/".
Still says I dont have permission to create directory.

You're not creating a directory, you're copying over it...

Check meegotouch, I think there should be slash before and slash after meegotouch.

cd /home/user/MyDocs/Faster Darker, so you're in that folder... you don't need a slash before the meegotouch in that folder.
