If you write "ls /usr/share/application/n9" what do you get?
No such file or directory....

Hmm.. strange that you have half the program. Does the same happen if you try to reinstall it?

1. devel-su
(passwd: rootme)
2. dpkg -P n9tweak
3. And then try install it again.

New version 0.2-1 are now available at http://goo.gl/4JmjY

0.2-1
* Change GPS provider
* Change PowerKey behaviour
* Added PreDriv at startup
* Added Screenlapse (hidden)

Screenlapse.. is a technique where gst-lauch takes multiple screenshots and compile them to a video. It is not completly ready yet and n9tweak need to be started as root to be able to use it. In other word devel-su, then /opt/n9tweak/n9tweak and enter "sl". So i have hidden that feature for now.

Have you installed the terminal without using the developer mode? Becuase the developer mode is needed for this app.

I cannot understand you. What do you mean with this developer mode? Is it related somehow with this devel-su? Noobie

Yes, in the settings of the N9 you can choose to enable the developer-mode. As you do not know what that is that is also my guess to why it is not working for you. It is set in settings > security > developer-mode. Also "other sources" must be enabled which is in device > program > installations.

I seem to have the problem that after modifying the clock on the lockscreen (this on PR1.1) I can no longer change the colour of the clock (as documented here).

n9tweak copies the base theme file to your current theme. Of safety resons and because it is never good to change the default. My guess is that your current theme is blanco.. so the file you need to edit is /usr/share/themes/blanco/meegotouch/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia/style/libsysuid-screenlock-nokia.css. It is also to make it possible to revert the changes easily.

To find out your current theme you could use this command "gconftool-2 -R /meegotouch/theme"

You should revert the changes of the default base theme and edit the blanco instead.
