Hi - POSSIBLE RED BLOCK SOLUTION,

I tried to install the 4.3 with the script and got red blocks all over.
I did some research and tried to execute every line in the script manually.
When i did that, it occurs, that every line in the script ended with a ^M

I removed the ^M with vi (see info below) executed it again.
Now everything works.
Last I recopied my emoticoncache for restoring the emoticons (see http://forums.internettablettalk.com/member.php?u=32233 )
then everything worked.

Here is the explanation for the ^M removal:
UNIX treats the end of line differently than other operating systems. Sometimes when editing files in both Windows and UNIX environments, a CTRL-M character is visibly displayed at the end of each line as ^M in vi.

To remove the ^M characters at the end of all lines in vi, use:
:%s/^V^M//g

The ^v is a CONTROL-V character and ^m is a CONTROL-M. When you type this, it will look like this:
:%s/^M//g

under installation in the first post you have
"sh /home/user/MyDocs/theme-install_FDB.sh"

and even in theme-install_FDB.sh it's looking under Mydocs folder... am i missing something ?

I tried installing v4.3 Blood Red, but all I got was bunch of red squares.

I think there's somekind of character encoding problem with the install script that messed up all the filenames.

I made this version, that worked for me:

ok i've got 4.3 working perfectly unlike before when the clock app didn't work properly.

Use the script above by ZerionSeven by copying it to /home/user/MyDocs/
the fdbtheme directory can stay in /home/user/MyDocs/ but make sure to copy the contents inside the secondary folder of fdbtheme into the primary fdbtheme folder namely the meegotouch, splash etc folders and files. Run the script and it should reboot well with the MeeGo logo, clock app working well and the theme working to perfection.

Got it working using ZerionSeven's script. Everything is now great! Thanks to all you guys!

While your being so helpful, obviously in settings > new document > format = UNIX, but what encoding must I use?
