Is there anyone that would like to write a couple of small commandlinetools with a GUI interface?

Zenity is quite limited outside of what it was designed for, so i would like some help to convert a couple of shellscripts to something with a more useful graphical frontend.
It would be an advantage, but not necessary if you like and use deskypplet, because what i would like some help with is a couple of extensions for it.
