TBH my primary goal was to have stable SR for stock frequencies, as those who OC usually are aware of what's "under the hood". So far this seems achieved and I am happy .

@ OC freqs,

720 45 430 (caused reboot at 43 [= SR calculated voltage])
805 50 430 (causes reboot at 48)
850 52 600 (-used mainly for video recording purposes)
900 54 600 (-used mainly for video recording purposes)

DSP profile (SR) - with flat dsp rate of 430

pls note that the values are as shown on kernel config

250 23 180 - stable
500 36 360 - stable
550 38 400 - stable
600 40 430 - stable
720 45 430 - not stable
805 49 430 - not stable
850 51 430 - not stable
900 xx 430 - reboot withing 2 seconds

*ps : above result are done without touching dsp boost value.

Well, seems there is no option left, but to export sysfs entry for MPU similar to sr_dsp_boost, so on devices like yours a liitle voltage boost to be given to MPU for OC frequencies. But that will be in the next release.

SR driver does not support frequencies above 900. And if you try some of the profiles which has SR disabled, then it seems they undervolt your device too much. Or it is just not capable of going over 900.

The same applies to the guy who said he will enable SR for 950MHz/1GHz - there is just no support for those frequencies, won't work (at least not stable).

i disable SR, and whoooaaa, its stable with 1ghz at max, thx so much sir, ur made my day,

ur man, i love my n900 more and more now,

Well, it is your device, but there are easiest ways to fry it - just put it in the frying pan . Really, OC to 1 GHz is not as simple as it might seem, I would recommend you to limit your max frequency to 900 and enable SR. Those additional 100MHz will give you nothing but trouble. You may ask yourself why I have max set to 805 on my n900.

oh okay, but could you tell me why after i installed advanced-power my battery icons gone?,

thats kernel problem or package one?

Do FCAM drivers need to be rebuilt as the injection drivers?
Are applications such as A Better Camera working?

package problem use search it's been addressed before
