Well, I had very high temperatures (but with 0.9.3/0.9.4), too.
For example: I was browsing the internet (nothing special, no videos, just some simple web sites). After ~5 minutes it turned very hot, where it usually was very cool without FasterN9 installed.
And my device isn't overclocked a bit.

It certainly seems that FasterN9 causes more trouble than delight, according to the recent posts...
I suggest let's wait for upcoming PR1.3 and see if there's some optimization and faster transitions added...
Nevertheless, thumbs up to the OP for his definitely hard-trying work..

Looks like my n9 with 0.9.7 uses a lot more battery than in 0.9.4.. Like 15 mA before and now its 30.. That's doubledWill try reboot my phone and see if it helps
