If you compiled the version from gitorious, you should reinstall the version from the repos.

Which app requires libc6 2.10? If libraries, they need to be recompiled, as newer libc6 is problematic. There's my build in the gcc 4.6 and fremantle thread but incompatible with maemo calendar.
