That's the one I saved from N9 PR1.1 firmware.
I tried using N9's repo on Pre-PR1.2 but it is dangerous as it will change the kernel and brick your device. So the PR1.1 skype is the only one I found working on N950, and it contains all the features.
(Maybe someone can try the new skype on N950 PR1.3)
Use dpkg-i to install, or inception.
