Sorry but i'm quite confused.
Ok, i think i sort it out. I had the CSSU-enabler update available but it seems CSSU was not installed or incorrectly installed.
I installed cssu-eabler, then cssu-community-etc appear on the update list.
cssu-enabler was 19KB download, but community is about 32MB, so there was something wrong on my install.

Ok, this can happen when roaming. First I need know both names (case sensitive) and also if you are in roaming.

Thank you Pali,
After running these 2 commands and rebooting there is now only one provider name on the Desktop ! Note that before posting, I had already restarted the phone and it did not change anything.
I think the problem is corrected, but I do not know why or how.

Above two commands only enabling debug messages, nothing more. Operator name depens on what BTS sends to you. This depends on your position, but also on operator's BTS.
If you get same problem again, upload coresponding parts on that two log files (it has time info)...
