In your original posting you say that you cannot turn the device off, is that still so? Did you try to run /sbin/poweroff from terminal?
I will vote AMD for president next time if I'm having any shares during next meeting.

then I went to settings to check battery when it was 0%, weird thing that the device doesn't turn off, went to terminal to check battery status

Problem technically unsolved yet, for the people who are/will experience this, I am still looking into the problem and the fix, it was solved with me with a matter of luck.. I will keep this thread as UNSOLVED.

Aha AMD!
You will never change huh? Why can't you have searched a little and checked this issue out? I've yesterday solved this for someone and last week also solved this.
Its a very simple issue if your battery is dead plug it into flasher and it won't flash till it reaches 11% of charge so simply plug out your phone at 10% battery charge and plug into a wall charger for 1 hour and then turn on.
Its a very well known issue that I myself must have solved for those who posted at least 3-4 times but you didn't bother to search, did you?
