The N9 has two data/traffic counters, one for home network data, and one for roaming data.

On the mobile plan I have, I get 200MB home data included every month. This resets every month on the 25th. At the moment, I need to hit the "Reset" button every month, so the data limit warning doesn't kick in prematurely.

Has anyone found a way to script, perhaps with cron or something similar, the reset on a particular day?

FYI - I had previously found Phone Counter -- but i was put off by it because it runs as a daemon in the background. I presumed Traffic Monitor did the same (given it says "Accurate statistic even app was quit" [sic]).
