Dear all, I am new to both N810 and this forum.

I am experiencing problems with installing Maemo-wordpy on my N810, as I tied to install it from either maemo.org or from Application manager, I got the same error message :Unable to install maemo-wordpy. Installation file corrupted.

Can anyone help me?

I have the same problem with a N800 and os2008.

There is some error message in the Log menu of the application manager?

Please, try to install it of the following way:

In Xterminal app:
Code:
sudo gainroot 
apt-get update 
apt-get install maemo-wordpy

Update: perhaps you tried to install the beta version (0.6beta) in extras-devel. It had a bug in a dependent package, but now it's fixed and it should install.
