I don't think its scanning because all it shows is packet data or hidden wifi.

Should i try this apt-get install osso-wlan -- reinstall through win flasher?

@amaru71237 first you open your terminal and type

After the process finished type

Then mark the text (should be already enabled if not enable it in the upper right corner in terminal) in terminel and please copy the whole output and post it here.

Also you should reboot your N9 and just restart your rooter.

I did the above but still its not detecting networks.
Ps: sorry i cant post input as i am online from computer because my n9's data package is limited.

Should i heat the n9 using a hairdryer so it might reheat the wifi chip or something.

There are so many possibilities... SSH (Putty).. create a note and copy it to your computer later...

First you should post your log to be sure it is not a software problem.. Sorry but if u are not able to cooperate you shouldn't ask for help...
