seems like an amlogic dual core soc is being used. Maybe
Might be rockchip rk3066 too but they usually decribe it as 1.6GHz dual core A9

There's a strong possibility that its the AMLogic one.
Aaron said it was 1.3GHz which is what the AML8726-M6 runs at.
The 1.5GHz figures you see advertised for it is false, that's the unstable overclock speed. 1.3GHz is its true rating, I know cause I was one of the early ones with that SoC and petitioned to AMLogic to release source (which they did and it was all wrong, but after a month and some more leaks and hacks, people were able to make custom kernels for it).
Some are saying its an Intel SoC, I highly doubt this because of three key reasons:
1- Vivaldi software, all efforts have been for ARM-based system
2- Intel chips cost much more, and require high quantities
3- Intel doesn't have a current Z-line Atom that I can think of which runs at 1.3GHz (its 1.6GHz or higher)
