As far as I know there isn't any way to OS2007 apps work in OS2008. And yeah it sucks, but Nokia did it for a good reason: They wanted to make OS2008 more compatible with current Linux desktop software. Now it's easier for programmers to take an app for desktop Linux and make it run on the tablet. Also, I'm pretty sure I heard that this will be the compatibility breakage for quite a long time.

I've heard of some mapper but it was non-official in some forum so I was afraid to install...Also heard about some libraries...
Is there a safe way to do it? They should be compatible, this sucks...
