You sure you not used command: apt-get autoremove ? It not should to happens.

PS. tell me something, you activated tweak QQ from the last update (9.8.2) or manually from Coderus post before he updated/fixed back-slashes ?

Hmmm... weird.. Before you used this tweak, do you used AA or QQ from previous versions?
And can you test please the same steps after reflash, before you will restore all your apps ?

Coderus, Exactly what you wrote:
Code:
if [ ! -f /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/03noautoremove ]; then
echo "APT::Get::AutomaticRemove \"0\";
APT::Get::HideAutoRemove \"1\";" > /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/03noautoremove
status=$(grep 'mp-harmattan' /var/lib/dpkg/status | cut -d ' ' -f2)
echo "Package: $status
Status: install ok installed

dpkg --configure -a
echo -e "${YELLOW}Remover activated successfully.${NORMAL}"

PS. Can it be possible that stock apps manager automatically activate command "apt-get autoremove" when you trying to remove something from stock apps manager?

You want to say that stock apps manager run apt-get autoremove..
I'm at work now and can't test it, maybe later today. Or we will wait for answer from Coderus, maybe he know solution for this..

@Schturman well, sorry, i forgot to add one line:
Code:
echo "APT::NeverAutoRemove \".*\";" > /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/01autoremove
now it will work as supposed. autoremove will never remove anything
