Hi everybody!

I have done the CSSU (mainly because of the known gmail "Message not available on the server" problem). It fixed the problem... not for a long though...
After update i ofter see "Unable to perform operation. Internal error." messages, none of the contacts are accessible, if someone from the book rings or text me - i only see their number. Out of curiosity tried to add a contact and got "Unable to perform operation. Device storage full" Gmail now imported web folders and shows nothing in the inbox... Ringtones went default... Backup restore didn't help...
Someone with the knowledge please help me get trough this. Re-flash is not an option (USB port is typicaly gone.. and i need to export/access my contacts before i move onto flashing or a new phone...)
Plan A - get it back on track at least for another month or two.
Plan B - at least save/export contacts for later use on another N900 handset.

Thank you in advance!

hmm doesnt the error message "device storage full" tell the problem?
Seems you need to delete some (not used/important) stuff from internal storage

Done that already! I always try to keep my device clean with enough free space.

Use default backup application do backup your contacts if possible.

We need to know which CSSU

Code:
Settings > About Community SSU > Version:
Maybe posting the output of these will help us see the state of your filesystem and your kernel version.

Code:
mount
df
free
uname -a
dpkg -l | grep kernel

It looks like you are on CSSU-Testing with KP52.
Rootfs seems to have space.
uSD card is full and MyDocs is busy but that shouldn't cause this.

You should find About Community SSU at the bottom of the Settings page. I'd also guess it's version T8.2

If so start reading CSSU Testing thread from here I believe others have had this issue.
