I just ported a chess game I initially wrote for Harmattan to Sailfish.

You can play manually and against Gnuchess. Gnuchess is a VERY good engine and will take you to the cleaners if you haven't done your homework.

And it'll suck your battery dry in no time so don't play against Gnuchess if you don't have a charger nearby.

But the WM7 "horse" has a blood lineage tracing back to donkeys such as WM6.5, 6.1, 6.0, 5.1 that was fully neglected for too many years and Microsoft did sweet F all to maintain it (still running on Pocket IE4/6!!).
