Hum..yeah...I can understand security issues...
Heck...unrootable systems suffer from security issues...
Android is heading down a dark dark road IMO....
It's just going wayyyy too far in my opinion.
That is the proverbial nail-in-the-coffin for me...
If I can't root my device...so I can do what I wish....with my device...I don't want it.
Last straw...no root ....no freedom.
...it isn't worth the money...no matter what they can make it do or how pretty they make it look.
I'll never jump on the Note ...or for that matter...the Android train now..
as a sidenote...
Replicant and nitdroid better keep it real.....stay away from the bigger brother who's goin' to the dark side.
Hum...even in windoze you can get privileges...
humhum...A linux derivative WITHOUT root privilege?
...can it even still be considered remotely part of the linux family if it does that?

Actually my uncle needs a new cleaver for the kitchen...
So I got one of my friends from the middle east to do his magic with some damascus steel and he made me 2 lovely cleaver blades...I'm carving the elk antler handles right now...so my unc and mom are getting one of a pair of unique cleavers ...each having the sister blade to a fine set.
My sisters want carved smartphone cases...so...
