Hello,
I've noticed that my N9 tends to run out of battery faster and faster - probably it's just battery getting old. I'm planning to get new one. Are there any high-capacity alternatives to genuine Nokia battery? Does anyone have any experience with that?

Be sure to get the proper screw driver to do this. Otherwise you will strip the screws, which is very easy to do and a common problem when people try to swap out the battery. Search the forums for more info.

I would go to local mobile service, it costs like 22 EUR with replacement, of course, capacity will be the same as the old one..
