no need to export directly from your N9. sync it with ownCloud, from there you have a direct "download" link that creates a ics file for you. you can then perform the same via Thunderbird (right-click -> export).
CalDAV calendars location on ownCloud server should have similar structure:
http://yourwebsite.com/owncloud/remo...e/calendarname
