Hi.

I'm considering the possibility of buying a new Jolla Phone lately, but didn't find answers for a few doubts.

1.- Has anyone managed to use VoLTE under 4G coverage? Is the device VoLTE-capable?
2.- Regarding the TOH functionalities: I have a few NFC stickers around for my N9&ProfileMatic (in the car, in my bed table....). Will they still work or using TOH will render the NFC function inoperable?
3.- Is the device able to play media as a DLNA client (a.k.a the N900)?

Thanx in advance.
Regards.

2. JP have no NFC for users.
3. In worst case you can mount UPNP share, but i'm sure at least one DLNA player should exist

How long did you have to wait for yours to get shipped since you placed the order? Been waiting for almost two weeks now and still not shipped. I thought only their tablet had issues with logistics

2 weeks was normal when i purchased last year.
Do not expect a status change to shipped.
I got DHL shipping notice when status was still only paid.

Hi.
Had to wait for three weeks.
Shipping & delivery took the five days stated in the terms&conditions.
Regards.

She tells in the video that it was shipped from Hong Kong to Finland and then to Germany.
First time i hear Jolla Phones beeing shipped form HK.
All my three had finland as sender adress.

But to lower the warning.
My guess is her parcel propably fell into chinese new year and 2-3 additional weeks delay were caused by that special circumstance!

I ordered one in november and got it in january as well – there seem to have been either a problem with the shop or the fact that too many people got layed off at jolla (both explanations got hinted at by support), so a few orders took a while longer or got lost temporarily.

I've read from people who got their phones much faster in that timeframe. Chinese new year was a bit after that, I think.

I received mine already, took 22 days from ordering until I received it. Not too bad. After it got to the shipping company it only took 3 days to get here, so most of the wait was from Jolla's side
