In the current state of software, what is mainly needed is developers, and specifically those who are familiar with coding QML for Harmattan. Backend code is in a good shape and what is needed for initial release is UI code. It would be a great help since I've not developed many Harmattan UIs so my speed will be much slower than someone which is pretty familiary with Harmattan specific QML code.

In later stages (after releasing Alpha version), translations are highly needed and I'd be glad to receive translations in different languages.

Thanks a lot for interest of all of you, and sorry for it taking so long.

Hope to be able to put some time on it soon.

regarding the UI and QML, it would be great to have the possibility to switch between standard and dark theme.
windows phone version doesn't have rounded corners, which are more suitable for Meego with its super sexy rounded icons.

@hedayat I tried to compile the project, but failed.

Did I miss anything?

Yes, you should also clone tgl/ repository & its submodules. I added tgl/ subodule to MeeTeleGram repository right now, so you should be able to clone missing tgl/ content using `git submodule` command.

Then, compile tgl/ library before trying to compile MeeTeleGram. I'll try to improve the build system in future.

Hi,
I'm interested in a Telegram client too!
I can help you with development but I sadly read that you need a QML coder but, like you, I'm not good in QML coding (for the sake of truth, I hate build UI).
I can do something else (but don't expect a lot, I can spend a little time on the project because I'm studying and writing my thesis )

Hi guys, i'm trying to compile from your source code but I have issues in the tgl library (please see below a small extract of 77 errors). Do you know how to fix that?

Code:
MeeTeleGram/tgl/build/libs//libtgl.so: undefined reference to `tl_type_user_full'
MeeTeleGram/tgl/build/libs//libtgl.so: undefined reference to `tl_type_message_media'

I'm not sure, but have you tried devel/ branch of my own tgl/ fork? It doesn't differ much but have a few fixes including build system fixes.
