I whipped this page up this evening to set as my start page on my N800. It has search forms for the major sites I frequently search. I thought it would be kind to share this with people who would like to set it as their start page and use it to search various sites. Its ultra-minimalist design loads quickly.

If anybody uses this and wants me to add a site, let me know.

Nice page. I personally always liked a customized version of John Dvorak's Personal Home Page on older browsers. I'd toyed with the idea of putting search from some of those sites you have, along with a number of his links, and some of my own, onto a static HTML page, and load it natively from the device.

Thanks. I like the simplicity.
I prefer http://www.scroogle.org to google because scroogle scrapes the ads away from google and scroogle leaves

no cookies | no search-term records | access log deleted within 48 hours

To get directly to the search page at scroogle replace the URL for google in your html start page file with

"http://www.scroogle.org/cgi-bin/nbbw.cgi"
