Happy peaceful month guys. I have so much respect for people who can go for over 8 hours without food. Goodness gracious, i couldn't! so, much respect to you all out there

I used to fast for one day per week and one week per month. It started off as an experiment whether I could last a week without food and I enjoyed it so much that I continued for about a year. I can recommend trying it, it is easier than you think. The real obstacle is in your head, not in your stomach.
(Not recommended if you are ill, pregnant, do physical work or operate machinery that requires high concentration. Most office jobs are perfectly fine.)
