Have anyone tried Tap to wake on official Sailfish X?

Does it drain the battery?

Just want I wanted to hear.

Time to start looking for a cheap Xperia X so I can finally say goodbye to my Nokia 808.

Annoying the sh*t out of you would be a valid reason alone

That’s not a valid reason. I know that sailfish is nowhere close to be used as a daily driver.

This may be a dumb question: There are workarounds to enable tap-to-wake in the community builds via mcetool. The official SFOS build only knows "mce" as command. Is there a way to install mcetool to try to enable tap-to-wake or is this a bad idea?

Thanks, I just searched for mcetool packages (and obviously didn't find one).
Just installed it and enabled tap-to-wake. Seems much more unreliable and slower than I'm used to from my Aquafish, but I'm sure there will be an official fix for that.
Until then, I'll have to live with it, still better then pointlessly tapping the screen out of reflex
