I got a feeling we won't be seeing the update before the end of year. looking at https://coderus.openrepos.net/whitesoft/sailversion it doesn't seem like they have any builds available for anyone to test.

You can already enlarge the rootfs yourself(I tested it and can confirm that this works perfectly on my xperia x with ota still intact)
sudo fastboot boot hybris-recovery.img
telnet 10.42.66.66
