this is a little off-topic but adding a new beneficiary, watch balance without entering login/pwd, etc ...
Many features that are proposed in an app, or on the full website, and definitely not on the mobile version of the website.
( at least for French banks )

- first one only generates the code to allow access. This does not work/install as it requires android 5+
- second is for making the e-banking functions and getting notifications of transactions. This does not work (i think) because it believes the phone is rooted and less secure.
More and more banks switch to these applications and making use of the web based versions become very troublesome for daily use.
