OK so I need to throw in my 2pence too...
"static" informationcontent does not have a "weight", however data processing and computation needs energy. Mass and energy are convertible to each other if we believe one shady patent clerk.
Hence, a system doing active data processing gains mass.

So if I buying a new disc at Black Friday and backUp my computer. Is the disc heavier when I’m bought it? I’m not sure what you are saying.
What if it’s a SsD?

It gains mass when you do the backup.
When it's done, it gets back the original mass.
Same goes with SSD
