I did look at it and I like it. I have had a Cosmo on order since mid-December. I still haven't received it yet. I think I might like the look of this on a bit better. Its all right there and just slide it out. I hadn't hard of this one. The Cosmo looks nice as I have the Gemini, two as a matter of fact, but you still have to open the phone for typing and with the other you can just slide it in and out when needed.

So if I like this one better I might have a Cosmo to sell. Of course I might like it when I get it.

Yes, last Nitdroid for N900 was 2.3.6.
There is a N15 beta based on Android 4.0.4 for N900. And 2.3.7 update. But it does not change much either way.

I think no point using so much effort as it needs to guide you through trying android on N900. The end result is not that good, fast and updated so you probably will not use it cause many apps won't work anymore (at least for social media).

I know about 4.0.4 but I didn't even mention it because Android 4 takes almost all the RAM and also 4.0.4 terribly drains the battery on all devices. Just look on other forums in the 4.0.4 threads.

Ehm, it's 2020 now. Some people have interesting ideas of "recent"

Rootytooty, could you edit the first post of this thread's title to be something like "Converting my N900 to Android" please, it makes future browsing of topics easier for everyone.
Thanks!
