Hei guys, we are going to release it, but we will not do the modifications to work fullscreen on the desktop for now

The release is purely a "development" environment for testing the applications ok : )

I wish I had the time and the devs to do the desktop version the best possible

I'm almost certain that if you asked, Nokia would lend at least on dev to give a hand with getting this "development" environment out, if you don't wish to let someone outside your or Nokia's organizations handle the code. I sincerely hope they would, considering this is the most popular, most expandable, most well designed program they have for the tablets to date, and may be the chief reason for people keeping these things

Oh, and, you mentioned something about people have already rigged up a few third party plugins? Got some links?

Well,

We have what needs to be done for the development environment : ) it's ready to ship, we are just formatting the simple documents that say how to " install " and run your plugins and themes.

What I said is that we don't have time / people to do a desktop version, that would mean some work to add focus / selection and to scale better some elements (photos / etc)
