I do prefer indices myself, I have one on my Internet Tablet School site and more of my visitors use it than the search box.

It's just I worry the current state of the ITT Wiki index might put people off, and a plain search box might be a "least worst" option. As I said before, there could be a link to the index as well for those who really do want to use it.

@GeneralAntilles - I'd be willing to volunteer. There's a lot of really good information there just going to waste

And I do agree that a single search page would be a lot more helpful to the average joe

If we wanted a search page for the Wiki, maybe we could use Google's custom search engine service?

Anyone have any objections?
