Nokia's costumer service has improved .... Hopefully they will install a brand new touchscreen and send it back within a week. That is what they did when my 770 got the wsod. So dont loose hope. I am sorry for you. I know how it feels.

I tried reinstalling the most recent OS (which it already had) but to no avail, it appears to be a hardware issue. I contacted the ebay seller that I purchased it from (why oh why didn't I just use NewEgg!?) and am waiting to hear back, and from what I've read on these forums Nokia's repair services aren't the route I want to take, since it's brand new and the seller sure as hell better do the right thing.
*Sigh*
I was so excited last night, talk about a major let-down.
Thanks for letting me vent, and if anyone has any suggestions, that would be cool, otherwise I'm just going to try to get a replacement or my money back.
