Do not get me wrong , I think Nokia N810 model in open source is the future trend than Apple Ipod Touch . Also , I want to make clear to everybody that my thinking about the these two devices . It would be a big plus for a integrated contents solutions together with developed software released for Nokia N810 , or somebody here can start working on this as a initiatives . Much like Geekbrief TV have a N810/N800 video format with video center released .

The problem isn't so much with Nokia. It's the lack of a popular and openly accepted media/content store which is non-Apple which the rest of the community can tap into. So far the market in this category is driven by crapple.

Content I am talking about is what OP is referring to.... ie music cds and movies available for purchase. I am not talking about content as in maemo garage or downloads.

as for how one gets infected, no clue. it seems to defeat all known forms of NBC protection tho...
