Thanks for clearing it up. I was just about to post on it having deleted every modest config file i coudl find in vain hopes of tricking into working

On the debate, I think modest is an ace piece of software.

As a systems architect, leading a team of developers on projects lasting 12 months plus, yes, I have some idea.
Are you sure you don't mean sys admin? A Developer/Architect would be the last person to assume that a bug introduced during beta testing is the result of carelessness.

I'm fairly sure that I know what my job is. A new bug is all part of producing beta software. Re-introducing an already fixed issue is careless. And anyway, I was just joining in the banter and alleviating a bit of Friday boredom.

If you can wait until tomorrow, they will be releasing a corrected version (with other bugs solved too).
