I just flashed my n800 to os2008, now before I do anything w/ installing new applications, what should i do first. I ask this question because everytime i've reflashed and installed a new app my Application Manager says: No applications installed, and Operation already in progress, and Operation failed.
So please please help me, I dont want to mess up again.

My first step after a flash is to set it up to boot from a memory card.

I thought I saw this same message before, with a different reply!

Anyway, did you restore a backup after reflashing? I would think that could cause this problem if something causing a problem was restored.

It looks to me like you DID post this message elsewhere. That's very confusing. My first suggestion is that you try the stuff posted on the other threads.

It is very unlikely that changing to boot from an add-on card will solve this problem. It will just duplicate it, won't it?

Geneven is right: multiple threads on the same issue will make it harder to solve your problem, not easier.
