Well... last week a neighbor asked me if i could give him the internet tablet for a day. I sayd yea no problem. It was fully charged so no need to give him the charger. The next day he brings it back didnt say anything about any problem with it, but the battery was almost 'dead'.

No problemo... So I plug it in to charge and leave for a few hours. When I came back, it was still 'charging' and the unit was realy warm. I got the cable out, opened it and the battery was still low .

I tryed charging it again but this time with the tablet running still the same problem it charges without stoping and if I take the power cable out it shows a full batery. If I restart it show low battery.

Is it possible the battery gone mad, or do you think he droped it? It would be awkward to ask him that after a week.

blak,

If you haven't already done it, turn your iT off, take the battery out, wait ten minutes, put it back in again and then charge it. That has worked for me in the past. If it doesn't, then we can go on to the next stage.
