Hi, i'm new to the forums and a fairly new N800 user and I just had a few nagging questions that have been bothering me.

First off, I've been trying to install ermining so I can sync stuff with my google calander, but i can't seem to get it to install. I downloaded the deb file from the website which was "erminig_0.2.9-1_armel.deb" which i'm assuming is the newest, but it won't install, saying that it requires pysqlite, but when i 'apt-get install pysqlite', it doesn't find the package. My repository list is:

Next up, I've been wanting to change my default application for video to launch mplayer instead of the default media player, how can I go about this?

Other than this, everything else has been great, and i'm quite happy with my N800.

Thanks, and looking forward to Ubuntu coming to N800!

Update: Ok, I found pysqlite on the google code page (http://code.google.com/p/erminig/). I was following the link from the maemo.org site before and couldn't find it.

As for the mplayer question, search this forum for dbus-switchboard.

Thanks for the help.

One other thing, the Date/Time settings on the tablet don't appear to have my home city nor anything else in this timezone. My location is St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada which is -3.5 timezone. I have to use Halifax (-4) which is a half hour off. Is there anyway for me to add in my city?
