Thanks! Nope, the original sleeve was an abomination (have you seen the thing?! ) haha... I know it's around here somewhere because i didn't throw it out, but it wasn't with the box and other accessories. If i find it, I'll gladly include it.

I'm sorry Kesu - I would like to keep shipping within the states to avoid dealing with customs. we have terrible experiences at work shipping software to singapore and malaysia.
