After hours of looking around for a way to connect my n800 with my Blackjack, I finally had to revert back to the latest OS before the diablo version. As soon as I did that, I was able to use my phone as a BT modem. I would like to install the latest version of OS2008 but I can't until someone fixes the PAN issue. I see that there are scripts available but I am not going to go through that.

Is someone working on this project? There are enough people looking for it.

You just said you know how to make it work, but refuse to.
You also said that you don't know the difference between Debian and Maemo, and moreover that you can't spell Debian.
Also, that you can't be bothered to read existing threads, which point out that it is already being worked on, and link to the bug in maemo.org Bugzilla.

I expect you didn't mean for your post to sound the way it did, but believe me, it did. You might read ESR's guide here, for the future...
