Has anyone gotten Maemo Plazer to work with OS2008? I either get "Account cannot be verified", or it crashes.

I think I've had it not crash, but, as far as I remember, it also didn't seem to work/do anything. I'm not quite sure what to expect it to do, exactly, either, though.

im in the same boat, i log in and i get "could not authenticate you"
i signed up on their web page, logged out on my laptop, then tried to log in on my n800

Doesn't work for me either with OS2008 update... 
Does anyone plan on fixing it or is it dead until a new maintainer starts working on it again?
