Hi All, I just noticed something really weird. When I open the webcam and it is on myself the image of me is fine but when I turn the webcam to someone that is sitting across me that image comes on my screen upside down???

Is this normal? Is there a way to fix that? Why is that happening?

Thanks.

My N800 rotates the image as the camera is rotated through straight up. If you turn it slowly, you can see the image flip-flop, and it shows images forward correctly. What OS version do you have installed? I don't know if it has always been this way or not, because I seldom use the camera.

NOT!!! No, it is NOT normal... The camera should automatically rotate to a normal view when turned over. "Diablo" has messed things up with the camera and should be fixed in the next iteration of the software (one would think).

sgosnell, do a little more research!

Regards...

I wasn't 100% but I was sure that that didn't happen before so I guess it really is Diablo and hopefully they will fix that - thank you.

Open the camera app first and next slide out the camera. It works for me.
