I was also looking into using this program on my n800, but when I run it it says "This program requires a screen size of at least 80 columns by 24 lines. Please resize your window." Any ideas? I do have ncurses-base installed, as I use it with kismet.

Make the xterm full screen and press - (the button on the top) a few times until the program starts. After it's started, you may be able to press + to make the text bigger again. Also, keep the on screen keyboard closed after you have typed in iptraf, I have a button on the toolbar (KP_Enter) that will let me press enter without bringing up the keyboard.
