When I type in my PC IP address & tap "Start Hotsync" I get message "Launching sync thread" for around 60 secs followed by message "Failed (Can't connect)"
I get that message at my customer. There, they are using a subnet mask of *.252.0. At my office I use a subnet mask of *.255.0 and the synch works. Until I am proven wrong I am of the opinion that I need to change the subnet mask in the GVM hotsynch settings. Does anyone know how to do this?
