is there an app to be able to share the media files of the NIT?
what im trying to say is that the files on my NIT to be shared via wireless network/wifi to be able to view from another computer or another tablet...

we all kno that we can share the files from our pc to the NIT...
but how about viceversa? files on NIT to be shared to a pc?
is there an app for this? for a NIT to act as a media server...?

I just use WinSCP on windows machines and sshfs on my linux machines to access my n810. I'm not sure if that's what you were aiming for, but they allow you to access your files on the NIT through SSH.

Brisa (http://brisa.garage.maemo.org/) is a UPnP AV server for the NITs.

Some people got MediaTomb running on the tablet. There's a thread about this somewhere in the forum.
I haven't tried Brisa on the tablet yet. I'm running it on my Ubuntu PC, though. It was written for the tablets but works well on a PC.
